Our servers are located within secure locked cabinets within the biometrically controlled datacenter located in Great Westerford, Cape Town, South Africa. The building is secured by 24 hour manned security and surveillance meaning your data is protected at all times.

Connectivity is provided by UUNet via redundant 100Mb fibre optic cable ensuring access is as fast as possible. Diesel backup complements the 40kVA UPS in the datacenter to maintain smooth and constant power to the servers at all times.

With over 53,000 sq ft of raised floor between the two facilities, The datacenter has an offering to fit any need. The datacenter facility sits atop multiple power grids driven by TXU electric, with PowerWare UPS battery backup power and dual diesel generators onsite.

Fire suppression includes a pre-action dry pipe system including VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) with over 700 smoke detectors between the two facilities.
