Well, regarding all the testimonials you guys have received, i can only add with all honesty, that it IS true..I was a subscriber before, but had to change due to lower prices being offered by other Isp's. At the end of the day, i realised i just HAD to go back to WebAfrica..the service offered outweighs the price by far.....and ANY company who strives to get their work done in time and properly, WebAfrica is the way to go...thanks guys....Ill be back with you within a month ;-)

As a marketer, I don't 'do' the testimonial thing often, as sometimes they are taken too lightly, but carry enormous impact.
As a strategist (just starting my own company), it was daunting, to say the least, at having to address issues such as domain registration and hosting...
Web Africa... you make the jobs of guys like me, seem like a walk in the park.
Internet is supposed to be one of the most impersonal mediums (due to the 'instant gratification' syndrome), but once again, you've shifted the paradigm.
The service is excellent and rest assured, I will be moving all my client hosting to you (as soon as I figure out how... lol).

I was looking for a service provider that was 24hrs on standby with the know how of Internet access,problem solving and patients for there clients that i got from WEBAFRICA...
Especially if your client is not pc knowledgeable..
I also like the idea of prepaid and it carrys over to the following month if all is not used ...
Lastly looking for a solution to my household of teenagers and cutting down on unnecessary expenses when each child is responsible for there own gig space on the Internet
in other words, each child or person has there own user name and pass word via one modem with multiple users

I have been dealing with WebAfrica for a while now and not being the most brilliant on the computer (I leave that to my Husband and Kids) have found your support desk extremely helpful. They answer all my idiotic questions with patience and are always friendly. I tend to get 'Jason' most times I phone for some reason and he must be the most polite, patient support person I have delt with. I have had nothing but excellent service from WebAfrica. I am even happy to pay for them to setup my .co.za domain even though I can contact Uniform myself to do it. Web Africa support team have really been impressive over the last few months as they have really stepped up to the plate when it comes to acceptable service. Im not the easiest of clients and have high expectations when it comes to service, but they have always been patient and helpful and I can say there service level is an example to all industries. But the real test will be if they can get Telkom to fix our current long standing issue of cable theft causing very slow lines seeds. Other than that I congratulate the guys working in support.
