Problem
I get a IISPassword error HTTP ERROR 500 when I try to view my site.

Solution
The reason you are seeing this is generally because you have a .htaccess file in your directory. Our secure folders option sees this file and treats it as if your folder is protected. This works even if you do not enable it in Helm. To resolve the problem simply delete the file. If you want to protect your folders then enable the option in Helm.
