| 1. Make sure the username and password are correct, make sure there is nothing in the "domain" field for NT/2000 2. Make sure "accept any authentication including clear text" is dotted. |

Web Africa support team have really been impressive over the last few months as they have really stepped up to the plate when it comes to acceptable service. Im not the easiest of clients and have high expectations when it comes to service, but they have always been patient and helpful and I can say there service level is an example to all industries. But the real test will be if they can get Telkom to fix our current long standing issue of cable theft causing very slow lines seeds. Other than that I congratulate the guys working in support.
